Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and everything was handled efficiently and carefully. By the time they finished, the garage looked incredible. It was completely cleared out, swept clean, and left in great condition. It honestly felt like I had gained a whole new space in my home. He came to a site visit on the same day of our enquiry, took multiple photos, explained his process and provided a quote within two hours of his visit. We accepted without hesitation. It was entirely within the range of our expectations. Denis has excellent communication skills. He was polite and respectful and gave us confidence that he would do all that was required. There was no obstacle or challenge that could not be overcome. On the day of the clean out, we could not be present, and Denis kept in touch with the village management team any myself to ensure that the villa was cleaned out to their instructions. He did not leave the site until this was confirmed. His business approach to his work was ethical and professional. Denis had explained how everything to be removed was organised into separate bins; white goods, furniture and clothing that could be delivered to local charities, dry food etc, with his goal of limiting rubbish going to landfill of less than 30%. Denis has excellent IT skills which enabled a smooth delivery of the professional invoice and payment processes. We think he is a remarkable young man; inspirational with his business acumen and personable, respectful communication. You could not find a better person to do this work.
